I'm slowly putting together an ant kit. I bought the botbits starter kit to give it a go and I still need to get the RC controller stuff. I would love to see a NSW event soon

You might be in luck - we were just talking about an even in March. It was focussed more on the larger beetle weights but there is no reason we can't do antweights at the same time.

Planning to do my first ant... But which definition of antweight are we using here? (1lb or 150g?)

I wonder if there's a size limit on the bots... Some said 4*4 inches but what about this event?

Size limits are for UK ants - we don't use them here in Australia, just the 150g weight limit.

Been a while but the next ant event is on for Wollongong Feb 25, 2024.
