The polycarb has arrived. But we should paint everything else first before attaching it.

We finished the roof today. Not a real professional job but I am happy to stand under it.
We have an unexpected problem with the polycarb. The 2440 x 1220 sheets are actually 1225 wide and therefor overhang the my carefully measured 1220 wide steel frames. If all the frames are bolted together to polycarb will bow out in the center of each panel and create a large hole in the top and bottom of each panel. The two options to fix this is to cut 5mm off all 16 panels or to put a few washers between all the panels.
But since we have just discovered the MDF sheets for the floor are only 2420 x 1215 and we now need to fix a gap in the floor we can't use the washers to fix the polycarb problem as this will emphasis the floor problem.
So next weekend we no longer need the saw to cut the already too small floor panels but now need to trim the polycarb.

We will bolt the polycarb onto the panels as planed and run a jigsaw along the edge after they are in.
We don't know how bad the floor will be until we have it all set up but it may only be 10 or 15mm. This will be fixed Friday morning of the event.
