Trouble with rhino

I tried to export my .3dm files as .dwgs from rhino today in order to send them off to online laser, but when i check them in autocad the round curves are no longer round, they are now just 8-10 strait lines that make a very rough curve, how do i fix this? any ideas?

can you list all the settings youve used in the export manager.

i just tried exporting a round curve using all the stock settings and it imports into the DWG editor in solidworks just fine.

write surface as - mesh
write curves as - polylines
write meshes as - polyface meshes
Autocad version - release 14
curve options - use simple entities
simplify tolerance = 0.05
polyline max angle = 10
polyline chord height = 100000.0
polyline seg length = 0

use splines rather than polylines it should be smoother

if you want finer detail with polylines set the max angle to something smaller.

that is the default view of circles in autocad, used to save memory. Print it and it should come back to being circles.
