Ugh, wow. This is why I made adapters instead of redrilling the Biz rear plate for Catastrophe's P60's

Is it just the camera angle, or is ABR not invertible? Those steel plates look much taller than the wheels, which would be great news for Glen and Jaemus...

No issues drilling Hardox when the milling machine isn't F**KED! Useless assed "Little Machine Shop" belt drive kit works fine until the belt stretches a bit and stalls when you try to drill anything more then paper.

Just a case I hadn't progressed to trimming the side down to size. See below.

I hate this robot, yet somehow it still went 3 wins: 1 bye : 2 losses.

Over all, the robot worked reliably and didn't fall apart, except for the belts tearing up, deforming and failing within the first two battles, leaving it a crippled shit box for the rest of the event.

had the same problems with 540 here with a similar drive setup, changed the belts and pulleys to HTD of the same size and never had a failure since.

That pretty much where I'm going to head with this as well, although a small vee belt might still be on the cards.

V belt will suck lots of power.
See if you can get multi-rib V at least. When we did it though we couldn't find any small enough so we had to make our own.
