I have a DeWut driving a flipper arm with a chain
Something like 12 teeth on the DeWut and 38 on the arm
Have an Arduino to help with control so that I can use both limit switches and timers

Ran it first without the Arduino but had the clutch set too lightly so it didnt really lift properly. Just preparing now ready for next battle

This flipper demo from Mike NCR looks excellent: http://youtu.be/QwsV7vMWkRo

The lifter mech at the right is powered by a DeWut kit - we could substitute a scooter motor with a similar gearing arrangement.

I am currently thinking 3 drills is probably the cheapest way to go here. Not sure how to put it together yet but we shall see....
