well let me see, today was pretty good had some fun met some new people robot was still working in the end couldnt be happier.

Cyborg vs Wheelie Good Bot (i think it was)
they forfeited so yeh first heat was a no go

Cyborg vs Ya Mum
this bot was driven by Angus's sister, she is a very good driver better then i am give her a robot with a weapon and look out Very Happy
well anyway we pushed and wedged like usual then for some reason the wheels wouldnt turn, wire must have got in the road of the servo switching unit (must ditch them and go something better) but in the end Ya mum won wasnt the best start i wanted but hey.

Cyborg vs Orbit
well u could say i was shitting myself after having not seen orbit close up only on vids it was evil enough, but when u r right next to it it gives u the chills, anyway we started i was wedging him and got him to sit on top of cyborg a few times but when i went to push just fell over the bak, then it started to scratch the wedge (it reacked my sticker job XD) then i got a big hit and it flipped me over (hmm must look at being invertable) winner was orbit of course.

after that was the melee that wasnt to good, i had no reception from the start so all it did was spin around in circles by itself until it go a nice hit by visceral and then a big finishing blow by jolt putting a nice hole in the shell (thank god i upgraded to 4mm steel, that 1mm stainless well it wouldnt be looking to good i can say that).
but overall i was a bit disapointed still havent won a fight yet but me and andrew enjoyed ourselves and so did my uncle and cousin that came along to check it out.

Things to fix for battleshed just gotta grind off the chunks and pack it with weld then tidy it up will look good as new, must look at a different way to set up the servo switching unit(until i find the cash to get something else), my next project will be a beetle then after that look at getting supernatural up and going. oh will have pics up soon Very Happy

well i havent posted much in here lately so i thought id give an update on things.
Cyborg - well its due for a redesign this weekend, new features are invertable, and fangs. im going to remake the servo switching units make them a bit more neater and keep the wires away from the switches, hopefully my servos arrive in time should only take a few days to get here, oh and must find a place to ad an on and off switch so we an plug it all in and be ready for the fights at battleshed but other then that tis pretty much all thats been happening.
cad of cyborg v2:

Beetle: well its nearly done just gotta get the replacement drive motor which will hopefully be ordered tomoro, gotta find a belt for it i have search all around my area and not one place has o rings or something that i could use. it has been given a bit more armour since before, the weapon well it spins pretty hard id like to run a bigger motor in it but dont know if ill have enough weight left, the shaft may be a problem its only a cheap 1/4" threaded rod from bunnings and well it bends really easy, i have tried making my own shaft but the tool i have for it didnt work very well.
heres a pic of it atm:

and a vid of things getting rolled into the weapon:
