Laughing Yeah it got milled back to fit a larger blade. It's no problem the blade can be milled a bit to flush fit. Very Happy

i think i was talking about timing belts.
we made our pullys for Plan-B that ran with V (ish) belts.

Machining your own timing pulleys? yeah, pass on that Laughing

Angus: depending on how thick the disk is vs the slot, it might be easier and stronger to add a spacer under the blade to raise it above the bearing. Cutting a large counterbore in bisalloy would be possible, but hard on cutters. Raising the disk also gives you more clearance to the belt.
