Firstly thank's to Danny for having us, building a new arena (GREAT WORK) and providing lunch!!!

I have been busy working on the scheduling system for us, the spreadsheet is now a lot more interesting and has a few more features.

I just sent an email to mark at Sidetracked for the 13/14 October. I've told him we would be able to field 10 - 15 bots.

I'll start a new thread when I hear back from him.

It was great to see some "old" (not just me) and new faces at Daniels on the weekend. Of course the "soccer" match between some mini-bash class robots and heavier robots was entertaining , its probably better that they remain seperate as the smaller remote controlled cars will eventually be destroyed (as was the "mini-bash" ball we used - lol).

With the focus of the builders and Daniel being on restarting a regular comp using both arenas in Victoria - this can only help robot combat grow in our state . A fair and regular competition will form the long term backbone of our future. Enjoy moth ..
