The wheels take about 24 hours to make, just the time it takes stuff to go hard. No hope of making it sorry.
We generally make to order rather than stocking, especially things other than the 97mm ones. _________________ Mechanical engineers build weapons, civil engineers build targets
Would you guys be able to cast in some hubs I have from a mobility scooter into a set or wheels?
I will get some pics and some exact measuments later but I think the hubs are about 200mm in diameter. So I would be looking at a wheel about 250mm. _________________ Steven Martin

The Anderson Robot Wheel Company has been branching out.
Recent developments in spare time technology have lead to the production of moulded gearbox and motor mounts. Provided as two blocks these mounts firmly grip the gearbox so that it cannot rotate or flex and another to secure the motor. Each block is 64mm wide,59mm high and 20mm thick and comes with 4x 5mm steel mounting lugs embedded in each block. At a total weight of 140gms these are perhaps the best investment you can make in your drive system. Remarkably a set of these are also available for the low low price of $19.9995 ex GST + postage. Photos of the mounts will be available soon.
do u have any pics of this yet?

They are just 2 blocks with holes in that you can use to grab the motor + gearbox.
We are working on a new motor mount system now that completely encapsulates the motor and gearbox. If it works out it should be shiny. _________________ Mechanical engineers build weapons, civil engineers build targets

I made solid billet ali batterydrill motor mounts (just keeping the axle and gears) back in 2002.
Still can do so, but I don't see any profit in it.
The Speed 700Turbo C or Speed 900 drivetrains are more rugged, stronger and easier to build.

On what do you want more information?
The Speed 900 drives?
or the Ali billet batterydrill gearbox?
Could email you pictures of those.

The speed 900 "drive trains" - is that just the motor or a combined gearbox setup? _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion

Speed 900's are just common Johnson motors, used for example, to open car-roofs.
The only news I have is that Graupner won't relabel them anymore. Ergo, they are selling their current stock, and then that's that.
On the billet ali gearbox's.
I still don't see a reason to restart the manufactoring again, to much trouble for the gains. (of course, if enough $$$ is offered I build anything)
Pictures and descriptions still available via Email, just mail me.

OK so nothing actually useful then - I was hoping for a step up from the Banebots gearmotors. _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion
