nitrogen in pneumatics

hey guys!! i just wanted to clarify something, im currently usaing a paint ball tank filled to 1500 psi of nitrogen regulated down to 150 psi for the operating system. The burst disk is rated at 3000 psi so i dont think there will be a prob with the tank. Im also using a slightly modifyed oxy/acteylene regulator, the mods no way interfere witht the regulating performance of the regulator just modifyed to fit into the required dimentions, a festo flow contol valve and pirtek hydraulic line both flow TESTED and Q A assured from the respective companies. All comply with a 150 psi rating . i have checked the rules and maybe i have missed something, i just wanted to make sure that there would be np probs using this system??
any and all feed back on robot regulations regarding the above will be greatly appreciated
cheers

Anything that is used within it's design parameters is fine by me. I would like to hear more about the modifications to the regulator.

probably just set it to the maximum flow rate and removed the tap handle more than likely. but sounds good.

well thats sounds good, Smile the reg pre-mod was jus an ally mould with a threaded handle.. i removed the threaded handle and machined the height down..To set the desired pressure i bolted a 10mm ally plate to the now machined surface drilled and tapped a 1/8 hole and i am now using a grub screw to set the desired pressure at 1/2 the height Smile
