chopping boards are a bit thicker other then that google it.

There are a few places around.

I think you must mean thicker, 2 or 3mm is a joke for mounts out of plastic. Laughing Chopping boards shatter, try CBC they often have good uhmw offcuts in their outlets at the counter.

There are 20 mm chopping boards at some kitchen supply places.

if its for drive mounts i would steer clear of chopping board.. even the stuff sean uses shatters pretty easy.

Ill try score some 60ton press boards one day from work 20-40mm thick real uhmw aprox 500x900 boards.

They only get tossed tho when there pretty rough each side from the giant cookie cutters cutting into them over and over so you may want to sand them or plane them.

the stuff i have is shit compared to engineering Grade like you could get from the place angus said should be better but there may be better options out there.

I am currently able to get large pe plastic pipe anything from 100mm to 800mm with about 30mm thick wall if anyone wants some free i can grab a few bits of this bloke as hes chucking it out.

There was an Australian online store that had Hyperion battery bars for A123 cells. Someone linked to that store for another product, It might have been Brett. I can't find that store, If anyone knows. Thanks.

Where do people buy there heatshrink tube fom nowdays for battery packs?
Im running short on the stuff we brought years back aprox 120mm or something blue stuff.

cut up an old 2L or 1.2L coke bottle and hit it with a heat gun Smile its a bajillion times stronger then that brittle blue paper stuff.

nick has some awesome stuff from mcmaster that shrinks down into PVC pipe type material almost. ill be getting some of that next order Very Happy
