weapon hopfully i dont have to take any weight out of it
basic layout but frame changed later that night to be smaller

Yep good option that bit of slip makes things a lot more forgiving.

You're going to want some Triangulation in that frame there, or it will be turning itself into a Parallelogram pretty darn quick with a disc and teeth like that.. Smile

Even if they are just corner braces or something..

that frame is way too big though! cut it down Smile add some more strength etc. looks great so far.

how big and heavys the disk? nice machine work

yeh disk is way to heavy 4kg on its own and about 5.5kg with bearing,cap and teeth so im goin to have to lighten it.

nice Smile you loose next to no energy drilling out the center or turning a recess into the faces anyway.

you might want to look at a better way to do the teeth as well, i think they will break off pretty easy, would be alot better if they sat in milled pockets in the disk say.
