Does your original software work with the V2 transmitter? Will you be bringing your laptop to the event?

Marto, have you ever tried turning your V2 endpoints down to a very low level, such as 10% to see if it will adjust?

A bloke on the RFL can't adjust his V2 either. http://forums.delphiforums.com/THERFL/messages/?start=Start+Reading+%3E%3E

Getting back to this. Earlier this morning I tried the alternative software for programming the HK radio. Digital radio I think it was called, the $2 one.

Let me just say its really good. Most people probably won't need to buy the full version as that only lets you save settings. It makes things so much easier than the T6A config one.

Much simpler to use so I would recommend it for anyone setting up there robots. And if its only a one off thing there isn't any need to buy the full version but its pretty good so $2 isn't really a lot to support the good work.

Also you can adjust the endpoints on the recent V2 radios. Works through t6a as well so not sure why we couldn't on yours Phillip.

just before i invest in a new receiver and USB cable for my flysky CT6B (believe its the same as the T6A-V2), i want to double check with people that i will be able to mixing to work with full servos throws on Botbitz 85A escs?

My spektrum never seemed to like it so i had to revert to tank steering.

Cheers

Dan

Mixing will work with spectrum it just needs some tweaking. Though was developed and tested on T6A.

Cheers Steve. Have ordered the cable and receiver from hobbyking, hope to receive it by Christmas!

How do these systems failsafe? Do they require external failsafes?

They just stop outputting pulses. Which is the ideal failsafe for robots, there is no need to have any external stuff to make it safe.
