Beetle ESCs - QLD - Beta Testing Units - SOLD

Only available to QLDers.

If anyone is interested in a pair of modded Plush30s for use/testing in a beetle I am putting up my current two for sale.

Cost is $35 for the pair and $8.40 for express postage bag or will drop off or bring to next event if convenient.

I have ordered 4 more so may be willing to sell those off at a similar price as well. May do more if I can get cash for ordering them.

These have not been extensively tested but @ $35 for two ESCs they are not exactly expensive. All the bridges on them are intact so if you fry one you can always swap it over. I would be confident with them on the standard beetle motors @ stall for up to 30sec with 4S battery. But like I said untested in combat.

Only available to QLDers as I am trying to increase the population of beetles locally. Price is pretty much @ cost once you take into account postage from HK. Had some very good fortune past week so decided it is time to pass on some of the good karma.

As the only other person who can do it, that was not exactly my point Razz anyway as you are from QLD I guess I can't say no. Two more pairs to come in a week.

Hi guys
We might grab some of your new ones Steve. Or we should try and order some that have 18-20volt rating...be good to throw a couple into Lotus or Wombot to see how they perform for feathers.

Consider one set on backorder

No feather scale ones yet but watch thread for progress on TZ85A.

ETA on next sets will depend if they have moved to Silicon Chips MCUs. Otherwise might be a few more weeks till I get the new micro controller hacking sorted.

4 more ESCs have just shipped from HK. Will probably be Si Labs chips. But if not will let you know.

Hi Steve
We probably should only go for feather weight esc possibilities ...what ones would be your pick for us to buy and send to you(if that is ok)? Both me and Jules will probably need to buy 3 each so we can use them for weapons as well. Aron mentioned these at the beginning ...could they still be a win?

these look cheaper

Not really interested in doing orders. I am only offering these as I want to see some beetles in QLD. I am willing to look at an ESC or two to see if they can be hacked but if you want a source for feather one you are prolly best learning how to program your own or maybe ask aaron or angus.

The TZ85A is currently sitting on my desk and being worked on. See thread for more info.
