Due to a number of requests BotBitz.com.au has been opened up again temporarily while we work on our new site. Please note there may be up to one week lead time sending ESCs during this period.

New things are still on the way but the requests for BotBitz 85As just keep coming. Watch BotBitz.com for new things Wink

Hi,

I am after some of 85A escs, but live in Auckland. The only shipping method available for me is to pick up - is there any way I can get around this and get them shipped across at my cost?

Cheers,

Jack

If website is saying that it is an error with the checkout process.

There is ~1 week delay atm in ESCs while I am trying to sort out new sources and stock. But if you want to order with pickup option and swing me an email I will sort out shipping. And just send you a paypal invoice.

Do you sell brushless esc's for robotic drive like your 85a with no delay etc but still brushless?

I don't but you can just flash them with the BS.hex version of simonK with a few settings to get that result.

I have a few early production units of VESCs on the way from china. These ESCs are a Maytech production run of the opensource design. I have two pairs which are as of yet unaccounted for if you would like some at an early adopters price send me a PM.

Regards

Steve

Do you have the specs on the VESCs? The info I found via Google was sketchy.

If anyone is interested in some cheap(ish) spares for Nationals. I have added a few things to my very Beta website to test out the shipping calculators.

If you would like to test it out there is only a few things on there.

BotBitz ant motors last very well.

I just noticed that I first put my existing motors into my ants before the 2012 Nationals. All of the motors that weren't hit by spinners are still very good. Four that were hit by spinners are still working, but have wobbly output shafts.

They are great value for money.
