Some good discussion about arena plans today got a few things worked out.
Everyone seems onboard with my arena floor barriers. Which will stop the panels bowing out. Daniel also came up with a good idea to solve the attachment of the polycarb which is much easier than my thoughts.
We also decided to reverse the direction of the arena door so it swings out rather than in. This will be slightly more inconvenient to setup but with the internal barriers it should stop the door potentially popping out and this will also stop it getting caught on the floor or the roof which has plagued us in the past.

Is there a head board to stop the load moving forward? Is there any dunnage between layers? _________________ So even the rain that falls isn't actually going to fill our dams and our river systems
