I haven't got any.... Sad

I use emails as if I don't get any I don't usually check the forum very often. I just click on the link when I get email. Its also how I know I have new users to activate.

But if not many people use them then doesn't really matter I guess.

Me too; I often keep a browser tab open for the forum, but its still nice to see update emails come thru.

Does any one want to take a bet that the hosting company switched to a Windows server for emails? would explain much! Smile

Well I just got this alert email. This topic seems to be the only one which is actually working.

I don't think there have been any other updated threads in the last 24 hours - stand by for an update to my build log in the next 10 minutes...

Nope nick didn't get your build log one. I did however get this one. Wonder if its something about it have email in the name. Lol its sort of coincidental that the only thread that works is the one bitching about it not working.

We have had about 3 new users register over the past week. And I just created a test user to see if they could be activated manually by myself.

It appears that the activation is working but users do not get any notification that their account has become active. The only way they will know is if they try to login.

Hmmm worth fixing or just leave it?

Steve
