QRSC - Featherweight Sportsman Day - March/April???

I've been quiet for the last 6 weeks with moving house and fighting Telstra over getting a phone line connected. But now I'm all good and I have a new robot that needs testing. So are any Queenslanders up for a bit of fighting?

I'm disappointed with the lack of response. I'm going to have to try this again.
I might need to PM all the Queensland builders so they'll know to look here.

Missed the first post. Aussie Battler is in the middle of a rebuild but could be going by April. Also renovating the en suite.

That took a while just to get power back Sad

Darn them crazy large cyclones.

Hopefully the clean up doesn't take too much longer for you guys.

Well I'm currently doing full time work and full time uni, and I also have no phone or internet for the next 2 weeks because telstra disconnected us by mistake, but I'll try to get a message to Scott about when we can set up the arena.

Mental bots body took quite a beating and is rather sharp and not really easy to handle without getting cut atm, not worth panel beating and not invertible either, chassis is all good, need to rebuild the body honestly don't think I'll have that done in time, will keep an eye on this thread anyway.

Cheers Tim

@Miles haha, You know I won't do that...I'll just go to Haggertys and get some more metal cut, only cost 39 Bucks ...I see Mental bot as an "Art Installation Piece" now battle scars very telling of the forces some of the spinner's put out Very Happy

weather I have it done in time is another thing, will see what happens

Cheers Tim Very Happy

Sorry for running silent Daniel. I've been away for a bit and I wanted to get my new machine in some type of working order before jumping back in.
My weekends are free, and I'd be quite keen for a meet whenever folks are interested. If we could do it before May that would be ideal for me. Cheers Very Happy

@Tim: mental looked fine in the pics from the tv studio Razz
