Cheap robot scales

Really need to get myself a proper set of scales.

Looking for something <$100 that can weigh at least a featherweight with reasonably accuracy.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/200KG-DIGITAL-POSTAL-SHIPPING-SCALES-PARCEL-POSTAGE-SCALE-BOX-CARTON-WEIGHING-AU-/361149841784?pt=AU_Envelopes_Bags_Boxes&hash=item5416354178

These ones seem okay and go down to 20g which is enough. Thoughts?

Any other suggestions would be appreciated too Smile I've only had a quick look.

Those hanging ones are completely non accurate unfortunately, i've got two and both are between 500-900g out compared to our good work ones :<

ebay search for "shop scales". Under $100 will get you a set of scales that goes to 150kg. $50 gets you about 50kg. I have the 150kg version they seem to be fairly accurate and they measure to within .05 of a kg ..

Cools Smile Bought a 68kg shop scale that measures apparently to 0.02kg. So I'll line it up against the OHAUS scales and see how decent they are. Was $60 all included.

Linky - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/280415212179?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649

They showed up today, pretty dang quick delivery.

Here's some comparisons against decent quality scales. Looks like they under-read by between 40 to 80 grams. Accurate enough i'd say.

Expensive scales -

Ebay scales -

Light load on the expensive ones -

Light load on ebay scales -

Sanity check with some even more expensiveflier scales!

Not a bad purchase i think.

So they're more accurate than the first expensive scale?

If the error doesn't increase on the cheap ones with more weight then it would appear so Smile
