Futaba 7C with R138DP Receiver.
$269 (US) plus shipping from RobotMarket Place. about $420 by the time you get it here.
Be aware that the US Tx's are on 75 or 72 Mhz, which ..
1. Isnt Australian, so if you want to use it a local model aircraft flying club, you might get hassled if there are any cranky old fella's about. The guys at my local Heli club dont care as long as I'm not on anyone elses Frequency, but worth considering.
2. If you get the 75Mhz (US Ground) freq. Its hard to get more than 3 Channel FM receivers (should you wish to use FM for a Micro-plane. The only one I've found is the Novak XXtra (5 Ch). The 8ch PCM Receivers they come with are good, but twice the size of a small FM Rx). If you want to play with Micro planes in the future, it might be worth getting the 72Mhz (air) freq version if you think you'll need more than 5 channels in non-PCM.
The local 36Mhz 7C's (exactly the same except the freq) are about $750 with the R138 Rx, Bloody thieves most local hobby shops are.. _________________ Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people
