That looks about right to me, the armature is wound with relatively long thin wires compared to drill motors or even fan motors so there would be significant resistance.
Yes a low voltage test and some math’s, say 6 volt.

just lock the rotor and hit the juce for a second or two at its rated voltage through an amp meter thats all i ever do Very Happy

Found this for 300W motor has the right model No so should be ok.

What are peoples thoughts on this motor?

Found it while browsing it ses 150w aprox 12v 5000rpm.
