Ive never burnt a motor out yet dureing combat .. this motor is a 4kg monster with huge torque but is slow reving its only running on 12 volts but i have had it on another aplication at 36 volts and it ran sweetly for hours driveing a gear pump the motor on Anhilation was to fast for this rotor.

For what this little machine is, I reckons it's pretty good. Sure it has 8kg purely for the weapon, but it's built reliably... It has like a 40mm weapon shaft and the motor stalls at like 15amps.... and the weapon will run for a good 15mins off the battery with no problems.

If you don't think it will be any good Waddy, I dare you to stick your head into the rotor after 3 seconds. Twisted Evil

The 2.3 amp wont go for 15 minutes with the wheapon spinning and the drives but the 7 amp might ..I made up a dust cover out of poly type plasic yester day i just need to put some armour under it over the speed controler and the batery then make a batery mount and fit the wheapon relay and it will be ready for testing ..and the motor shaft is 30 mm at the bearing tapered down to 25 mm to 12 mm at the bolt so that the tapered lawn mower blade boss can fit on it .

Weapon isn't wired up. That was it only spinning at around 100rpm powered by hand.... Maybe tommorow we'll power it from the motors to full speed.
