Please indicate here with team name and number of items to be tested.

I'm prepared to do the testing for people on the following proviso's

-1- I'm not responsible if you do something stupid and get electricuted or your electrical goods cause harm to anyone else after I've tested them

-2- You do not assume that your item will pass. If we do it we do it buy the book.

-3- Try to have a look at your gear before you bring it to me. The things I'll be looking for are cracks etc in insulation and casings of equipment.

-4- I can't test residual current devices (you'll know them as safety switches) as I don't own an RCD tester.

COST

Probably around 50 - 75 cents per device. (A computer powersupply would be classed as 2 devices as we test the lead and the powersupply.)

This will just cover the cost of the tags etc.

If I remember correctly 12V stuff doesn't need to be tagged? Of course not or we would all have to get our robots tested by a licensed sparky.

Ahhhhhh lets see:
1x extension cord
1x power board
1x 12v car battery charger
1x 12v garden light transformer
1x camera charger.

5 items all up by my count

Looks like we don’t have any tea or coffee drinkers out there. I for one will bring an electric kettle, one of the blokes I work with doe’s tags so I am all set as far as tags go. Smile
