Howdy, ive decided to come out of my shell and start on a simple beetle weight.

IHE short for I Hate Emos

Drive: 2x Modified servos

Weapon: 200g Spining bar powered directly of a 9.6volt drill motor

Control: Hitec 2 channel control for drive and remote control car speed control for weapon.

Battery: 8x AA recargable Nicads

Armor: Steel base and some kind of white plastic main armor.

okay i know i said i was going to have a beetle wieght finished by nation Beat down an emo day but!, i became sidetracked and ended up building a feather.

Its a pretty simple setup:
Drive: x2 12vDrills
Base: White plastic of somekind
Battery: 24v nicads
Control: mircoswithes controlled by servos
Weapon: wedge and hammer

I still havnt got around to putting the sides or hammer on yet but i will soon!... unless i get sidetrack agian

When are you up for a battle Big al? ill let you verse me without a failsafe ASLONG as you have to be outside in my carport and i get to stand inside behide the screen door

sure but i havent had a problem with the radio yet standing about 4/5 meters away with a metal bakeing tray over it, a failsafe would be a F$%KING great idea ecept i havent beable to buy an rc unit that will do it for me yet (money constrantes). well considering i have notheg else to do i might mound the disk properly and i see how it turns out, should be fun
