RC controler finaly came so now i have everything just need a good charger (so i can use my RC batterys flat)
once i have that all i need to do is build and im done all other equipment is here. not much of an update but anyway
i was thinking Polycarbonate frame but i can only find distributers that sell to busnesses only so have to find somewhere to sell small quantitys to personal people.
design is almost certenly decided apon but my cad ability sucks and dont have a scaner so cant post anything.
its a box stile frame. with everthing major contained in it.
then a frame comeing off that will suround the box attached in 8 locations (posibly 4 if it is stroung enough) and spikes comeing off that.

Only NSW builders would say that sort of thing. Which is strange since they'll then go and buy some titanium.

I wouldn't think there is any issue just competing on the first day, It's really good experience to actually get in the arena.

Just make sure you lose all your matches and get knocked out by the end of the day. If you need help just watch how NSW boys do it. _________________ Get Some!!!

Bring it along.. Like Andrew said, we can always find time for fill-ins,
and theres nothing that will teach you just how long all those last little "5 minute jobs" actually take like having to front up to a comp with a working robot on the day. You'll learn a lot that will save you grief the first time you *do* want to compete. _________________ Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people
