Sportsman ideal dimensions

Very basic question here (tried looking for an answer on the forums but couldn't find one)
What are ideal dimensions for a robot in the sportsman class? I assume there is a maximum. I'm in the process of making a grabber/pincer robot and I need an idea of what size the other robots maybe be too so I can actually grab them comfortably!
