Machining your own timing pulleys? yeah, pass on that
Angus: depending on how thick the disk is vs the slot, it might be easier and stronger to add a spacer under the blade to raise it above the bearing. Cutting a large counterbore in bisalloy would be possible, but hard on cutters. Raising the disk also gives you more clearance to the belt. _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion
