Are the 50:1 Hp gear motors still likely to arrive on the first? _________________ So even the rain that falls isn't actually going to fill our dams and our river systems

How much do thoes 50:1 HP gear motors weight and would they hold up at 4 cells for a seriously fast ant?

Slight delay in the gear motors arriving, but it looks like they will be here next Tuesday.
I also have received a batch of 3mm grub screws, so I can get the hubs sorted now. _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/

Just had another batch of wheels turn up, is anyone chasing a specific size for their ants? If there is a common size people want, I can make them in the next day or two. _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/

Ill be looking to buy a handful of 2" Diameter (~50mm) foam wheels if your selling for $3 a pair or so, as well as some 50:1 HP motors when they all turn up. Turns out foam gets chopped up pretty nastily and i need some spares.

I don't have any wheels that big, but I can certainly order some with my next lot of wheels
Any particular reason your using such a big wheels? I find the 50:1's are pretty nippy with 32mm wheels, 50mm would make it pretty insane _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/

Ant weight, i am already using 440rpm ebay motors (i think they are 70:1 or similar) with 2 inch wheels and 2 cells but i was seriously slow at the last event. The plan is to jump to 50:1 HP motors with 4 cells 2 inch wheels for a ~4x speed boost.
I fully realize that that i have not used or plan to use the standard ant weight parts.

Could you give the weights of your ESCs without wires, please? _________________ So even the rain that falls isn't actually going to fill our dams and our river systems
