anyone programmed a hk-gt2 controller?
Anyone programmed a hk-gt2 controller....we got one today ....I cant find a usb connector for it on hk website but is says it has one in the manual....it looks like it needs a 3.5mm jack. it seems like a cool controller but cant get it to do tank steering with just the onboard control dials.

Heya sorry to say you can't program those ones for mixing... circuit inside is way basic. Best you can do is fit a Vtail (tank steer) mixer in the bot, such as one of these:

The jack might be for a trainer option. The discussion for the HK-GT2 says that it can not be programmed. _________________ So even the rain that falls isn't actually going to fill our dams and our river systems

With a mixer, can i still use the power from the esc to power it or do i need it to be powered separately? cause whin I plug it in the reciever led comes on but no movement at all.

Not sure yet ,we thought we would see if this type of steering was easier than just the stick. So far is does seem a bit easier. _________________ Miles Blow - Julie Pitts
