OK, So was it just a single Sheet you guys were wanting ? _________________ Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people
When will you have the concrete down? I have just checked my funds and I can put in $100 so if the kerrisons could help with the rest I'll try and get us some panels ASAP.
How would we freight it up here?
It could be cut into two peices 2400x 600 if that was cheaper or easier?
About mounting it. The peices will be put onto 25mm RHS and I was just wondering if bars on the edges would be enough or if there should be a verticle bars spaced along it? _________________ Steven Martin

Where do i send the money?
How much?
And how are we going to get the sheet up here? _________________ Steven Martin

Have the polycarb panels turned up at Sidetracked yet?
If no one has paid for the one we need, just let me know where to send the $$'s, I can now afford to pay for it myself...
...and an address so that a courier can pick it up...
thanks _________________ There is no such thing as excessive carnage.

Regarding your polycarb sheet
I asked Sidetracked to order an additional one for you, but instead of having to pay the shipping or get someone to pick it up, they suggested if I can get your contact details, then they can arrange to have it ready for you to collect from the Brisbane branch of Mulford Plastics at the price they get them at, since they know the National Manager.
If this sounds like a good plan, just PM me with your details. _________________ Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people

House of Carnage will hopefully be the place to test my new robot when it's complete Doesn't sound like I'm allowed to test it in our arena _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/

Poured the concrete floor today. The largest part of the job is done. The polycarb has been ordered however i am not sure quite whats happening with it. Once we get that up here its just a matter of me building the side panels which i think could be done in a weekend. Then some ply to go up in the shed and should be ready to battle in.
We would like to have an event a few weeks after christmas. Let me know what you think of this and if you will have recovered from robowars. _________________ Steven Martin

Lucky that it was a bit cooler yesterday for laying concrete.
It would be great if we could compete on a regular basis such as every six weeks or so. The NSW guys are driving very well and atleast some of that must come down to combat practice.

So phil would you have a robot to battle by a few weks after christmas?
And chris and the kerison's would you come down for a battle one weekend?
It would probably have to be on a sunday maybe 3 weeks after christmas possibly the 21st. Just before the end of the school holidays. How would this suit everyone maybe it would be the weekend to aim for. _________________ Steven Martin

Yes. Marauder is almost finished. I am getting a mate to do a little welding on the bar this arvo and that should be nearly everything.
