Just caught the end of the AMA, oh well.
Brushless motors are the future no doubt about it, When I first asked around I was shocked more people weren't using them but appropriate ESC for brushless motors of that size are extremely hard to find and it's seriously expensive. Guess that explains why brushed motors are popular. Can't think for a moment how much Minotaur costs considering they have two of the beefiest brushless systems just for their barrel spinner. Wouldn't surprise me if the bot ran into 80K.
Just read that Cpt Shrederator had magnets, considering that new grounded advantage it had Deathroll performed above the call of duty lasting as long as it did. You can be proud of that Bot, very well built.
