yeah you might want to get speakers for that video hehe, just showing how it sounds... (i would have taken the visuals out all together but god only knows how to do that in wmm) you should hear it on a full 24v now.. oh baby hehe _________________ www.demon50s.com - Minimoto parts

well heres how i put the motor back together if anyones interested, it was far too difficult to put the holes in the side so this worked well.

kang went aight today, the retimed fan motor really worked rather well actually, it didnt seem to suck up too much more current than normal altho the speed was way faster and spin up time much slower.
the batteries are definitely showing there age though, in the final rumble it was barely moving and the batteries where just so hot it wasnt funny... like freezered for 10 minutes and they where still broiling.
no drive problems though, no wheels loosening or burning drive motors so good good.
but orbit royalled buggered it in the rumble. because the saw was too low it would bottom the wheels out on the ground so i ran it upside down = instant ownage of it by orbit. a few panels are bent in, one of the castor blocks is ripped off, the tabs that hold the lid on are ripped, the saw and plate on the motor got torn off and smashed the roof while it was still spinning XD and two cracked welds.
im not gunna bother repairing it. ill keep the frame and maybe use it at a later date...full effort into raiden at this point for which most of kangs parts will be borrowed _________________ www.demon50s.com - Minimoto parts

also noticed one of my andrew mods has the top of the fibreglass cut up a bit, to the point where you can see the ring gear, but thats still in perfect working order, the top of the motor mount is also close so go the luckyness on that one. _________________ www.demon50s.com - Minimoto parts

not really, its just bent the ali cause it was hitting at the top of the unsuported panels, if it was running the other way it never wouldve had a problem _________________ www.demon50s.com - Minimoto parts
