nothing to do with robots just thought id throw it up anyway.

yesterday I decided to make a tv antenna cause I was sick off only having channel 7s and as soon as it looked like rain I would lose them lol.





its just made from reo outta the steel bin at work and a ring made from a section of copper tube also outta the scrap bin.the only thing i bought was the out transformer that cost about $6 now I get 90% on every channel
I was gettng 100 when it was inside and using a sorter coaxial cable.not bad for 6 buks Cool

At least you wont have to worry too much about the birds knocking it down.
When my current one dies I'm going to copy that lol, but in stainless just for the ass of it lol.

also how did you attach the threaded rod to the drill output shaft? i think i ended up welding mine Razz

I just drilled and taped the back then drilled through both and taped a split pin through

I just did a quick speed test, up down up down in just under 6sec,not sure thats fast or not

should be sufficient i reckon?

you only have to get em off the ground a tiny bit to stop them getting away, the rest you can do at your leisure Razz
