Now THAT is interesting! I Like F-Bomb but having chatted with some of the US guys, I think Dick designed himself into a corner, witness the 'saddlebags' needed for the extra electronics. I would bet that Dick is working on version two, which will likely be
way
better.
Having said that, its tempting... _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion

Dick said he likes building bots and getting them near perfect, then he starts on another bot. Why don't you trade him Jolt for F-Bomb He could fix all those problems you have _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/
Yeah but if you do add it up the parts and titanium would easily make it that pricy. Hmm I might make a mini F-bomb lol settle for mini style _________________ ( •_•)
I think F-Bomb needs some more events to prove if it's strong enough. We've all seen Helios and TO walk out to there first events and pwn the competition, and then they all met there demise soon after... _________________ https://www.halfdonethings.com/

On the other hand, Helios and TO are evolving without being sold off. It sends a bad message to sell off a bot that's on the rise - like admiting you screwed up and can't be bothered even to recycle the parts. Dick should take it to the the Nats, then sell it off.
I would consider buying the blade and it's mounts (just barely), but not the rest. _________________ Australian 2015 Featherweight champion

Wouldn't it be gameover if it was inverted? That's not a perfect design, Dick! Problem N.o 1 to fix.

You probably didn't see it in the pits at RG08 like I did - it has some good features but with all due respect to Billy and Dick it has some real problems, particularly with the bigger blade. Its slow and non-invertable, with a relatively long spin-up time; if it doesn't do major damage on the first hit, its in real trouble. I suspect it also costs quite a bit to keep running - those S7 teeth would cost a small fortune!
