Haha oh wow, what temp settings and layer heights? You need to play with the other numbers to lower extrusion rates and such.. the cheap abs wouldn't help either though!
On a side note, thanks to Mr Abbot and the destroyed dollar, the BUY price for the mini's is now $711... Seriously there's 0 point stocking them now. _________________ ( •_•)
Pretty solid build quality and good price for 250x280x400 build size and dual extruder with heated bed.
So far theres a couple things i have yet to address that are easy fixes such as longer springs on bed level adjust to keep tension on and allow to adjust up another 1mm towards nozzle and i need to mod the filiment feeder to include a guide to feed better.
I have had the odd print issue of part way into a print it seems to continue printing 10mm over from where it should be as in it prints the part still but in the wrong spot but at the right level. like cutting an apple in half then sliding the top over a tad.

You think mabey to much speed could possibly have thrown them off?
I was able to print one item about an inch high before it finished the rest of the part in the wrong spot and another part only 4mm into the print it did it but not as far off "about 5mm off" but it was a smaller diameter part.
What could cause more load in this environment enough to throw it a few mm off?
I am currently going to check belt tension and looking into better feeding of filament to eliminate possible drag on the head.

i got weird stuff like that happening when the plastic clips that hold the extruder rods started to slump (probably from heat)…replaced em and it was ok. _________________ Miles Blow - Julie Pitts

I usually find it happens when the part warps and jams into the nozzle.
It is also likely to happen with too much speed as the torque decreases with speed. As much as you want to go faster it pays to be conservative as one lost step will screw up your entire part.
Just got a reply from manufacturer and they said adjust current a little. would they mean print speed? Is that what governs current?
Also noticed the limit switch on the back is not located correctly which means the head hits the back wall before the limit switch is fully pressed in during calibration so that needs to be fixed.
I would say they mean the stepper current. Probably has a stepper driver with a pot on it so you can turn up the current. _________________ Steven Martin
