Amate of my granpa"s has offered me a job as a trucky Cool
All i have to do it read the melways and help offload which is easy and we spend most o day crusing in the truck and can do whatever we want as the quicker we deliver all the stuff the quicker we can go home so we can stop and go shoppin or whatever cos its only our time werer using.

Went out with him toady"saterday" to see what ill be doing and see if i like it and i love it so he sed the jobs yours Very Happy

Im starting my new job on monday and drum role badabadabada chish im ringging my my old boss up monday and havin a few words with him Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

The job is 6days a week all weekdays exept satday but its ok cos we usally knock off about 1-2pm depending on how we go so i still get 2 weekends and plus most of the arvo weekdays Very Happy

Allso being a friend o my granpa"s he payin me full wage Cool think of the bots i can build now Cool

Anyways just had to put this out so everyone can see cos im so happy to get out of the crap hole that was my old job Very Happy

LEM 200 is better then Etek, just far far more expensive at around £1500+

hey tim,

great news buddy. so happy for u and hope it goes well for yourself.

One thing i must stress is that combat robots is a great hobby and fun, fun but if u r especially young like u and me then dont use it all up on robots or parts.

I would use some cash on parts and such but save some for a "rainy day" or your future (wife and kids).

long story short bots are good and all but dont make it rule your money and life and use this profit responsibly.

Main reson for me spending all my money at the start was i had to buy the bare esentulls "eg" ibc\charger\batters\power supply\radio\power tools

Now i have that i only spend about $100 on a feather.will be doing my own welding hopfully or get a relly who just brought a welder to do it for me.
