I reckon not being afraid of pulling funny faces in front of a camera (no matter how much you get ribbed for it afterwards) isnt necessarily a bad thing.
Most people immediately put on their "I'm trying to look beautiful/respectable/whatever" face when they see a camera, so someone who can make people laugh and not care what they look like could have a big future as an entertainer, stand-up commedian or something like that..
Ever noticed how most comedians are usually very ordinary looking people who have the ability to make fun of themselves (or more often someone else indirectly using their own expressions) ?
